10 PACK OF CLASSES - $120 ($12 per class)

* Class packages expire after 6 months. You may reclaim expired classes by purchasing a single class. For example, if I have 5 classes that expired after 6 months. I can buy a single class and then get a 3-6 month extension on my expired classes.



Gentle Yoga

Mondays, Thursday, Friday
9:30am – 10:30am

7:45am - 8:45am

60 Minutes - Suitable for all levels- A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

Flow Yoga

9:30am – 10:30am

60 Minutes - Suitable for all levels. - A stronger, faster-paced yoga flow, designed to build heat, flexibility and strength. This practice is a total body workout and may incorporate deeper backbends, hip opening, twists, and forward folds.  The teacher will encourage rest periods and other modifications as needed. 


Yoga on Main/SB is proudly led by Seal Beach locals who have a wealth of knowledge practicing and instructing Yoga. We are passionate about creating an environment that is comfortable and inviting for Yoga practitioners regardless of their experience level.



I’m a Seal Beach local having lived in Old Town for almost 20 years.  My father introduced me to yoga when I was a little girl, and I began seriously practicing yoga in 2005 to help get back into shape after having my second child. Instantly, I was attracted to the focus and discipline I developed from having a regular yoga practice.  I believe asana or the physical practice is only part of the benefits of yoga and I also enjoy sharing the other benefits with my students. Yoga develops mindfulness, steadiness, and ease of breath – all qualities yogis can take off the mat and share with others.   

When I’m not teaching or practicing yoga, I’m also an adjunct community college instructor.  I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, hiking in the Eastern Sierra Mountains, and taking long walks with my dogs and anyone I can find to join me.  Dan, my husband of 28 years, and I have two children – a son in college and a daughter in high school.

I love being physically active.  Over many years of running, hiking, swimming, crossfit training, tennis … I have enjoyed the euphoric exhilarations after a hard work out and have also had my share of injuries and limitations.  As I looked to continued quality of wellness for my mind, body and spirit, Yoga has become my perfect match. Yoga is safe and effective. The practice allows for improving our balance, flexibility, strength building and the all-important connection with our breath.

When I go to a Yoga session, I do not want to have to think about what to do.  I do not want my mind distracted with the things I juggle in my daily life.  I look forward to having a well thought out plan that I am guided through.  It’s nice to practice and not think about anything but that intentional breathing.  As a Yoga teacher, my intention is to be supportive with a structured guidance.  And have a lot of fun reaching for our full potential.

I am fortunate to call Seal Beach my home for over 30 years.  I was born in South Korea and have lived and traveled throughout South East Asia, and then New York City, Boston and San Francisco where I met my husband Kent.

Aside from running our business, Kent and I enjoy our empty nest with our Maggie May, a ball crazy Labradoodle.  Our Adult son and daughter live close by and we get to practice together as often as we can.  

With joy and brightness, I look forward to our Yoga practice.

I completed my 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in 2018.



I am a North Dakota native and a CPA by trade having work in Chicago and LA, but today am firmly rooted here in Seal Beach where my husband Tom and I have raised our four daughters.  I started practicing yoga regularly at home with VHS tapes as I was too busy raising my girls to go to the gym. I remember after my first Sun Salutation thinking “that felt amazing” such a simple flow of movement in the body.  I seek to teach a sustainable practice and encourage students through mindfulness to find the balance of effort and ease in each posture. Yoga is for everyone and I’m looking forward to sharing my passion for this beautiful practice with others.  I recently finished my 200 hour yoga teacher training and 50 hour yin yoga teacher training certificate. 

Off the mat, I try to take in all that SoCal has to offer, museums, the arts, and great weather. I love spending time with my family, playing the piano, gardening, walking the dogs, and trips to Catalina in the Spring and Summer are a favorite! 


Hi! My name is Mazie, I am born and raised in Huntington Beach. My passion in life is health and wellness. I was drawn to yoga when I needed something to help me clear my mind, and give me a way to help stretch and recover my body from working out! I am a big advocate for spreading love, kindness, and compassion! Some of my hobbies include going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and going on hikes. As well as yoga and working out being my biggest passion in life, so is cooking! My mom taught me how to cook from a young age, and now it’s one of my absolute favorite things to do ! I am a CPY-200 hour power yoga instructor, plus 50 hours addition training.
